FILM RESTORATION PROJECT
RICHARD TAUBER HIS 16mm FAMILY FILMS

A compilation of original Black & White, 16mm Kodachrome silent 16mm films shot by Richard Tauber in various locations both work and leisure during the 1930's and 1940's.
Tauber was a complete film enthusiast who often visited the cinema twice in a day between his matinee' and evening performances. An avid amateur film maker, he also took his 16mm Kodak camera behind the scenes.
This project is to transfer the material and to further research the content and to synchronise appropriate sound track music to the backstage clips from his shows.
