Megatron (makers of photovoltaic light cells since 1948) were manufacturers of the Euro-Master II which was a lightmeter model whose mechanism was quite unlike the Weston precision original meters. It was modified to fit the Weston cases in various lesser quality internal forms from their cricket Umpires' Meter as the original Weston-type parts ran out. It was discontinued in 2009
